Job Purpose

Manage end-to-end D2C warehouse operations, ensuring timely order fulfilment, inventory accuracy, manpower productivity, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily warehouse operations, including inwarding, GRN, put-away, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch as per defined SLAs.
- Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and regular stock audits.
- Manage warehouse manpower, shift planning, attendance, and productivity.
- Manage WMS/OMS operations and ensure accurate inventory and order updates.
- Coordinate with logistics, customer service, and marketplace teams.
- Prepare daily MIS reports covering orders, inventory, productivity, and costs.




- Ensure warehouse safety, housekeeping, and SOP compliance.

Qualifications & Experience

- 5–8 years of warehouse experience, preferably in D2C or e-commerce operations.
- Experience in manpower management, inventory control, WMS/OMS, and Excel-based reporting.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Gradute : Bcom/BA/Bsc
