Role & responsibilities :

- Manage daily warehouse operations, inventory control, and finished goods availability.

- Coordinate with production, quality, sales, customers, branches, distribution centres, and transporters for dispatches and delivery tracking.

- Handle customer complaints related to shortages, incorrect supplies, and transit damages, ensuring timely resolution.

- Coordinate regular, urgent, and air shipments while maintaining premium freight records.

- Manage customer sales returns and coordinate with sales and finance teams for closure.

- Support stock clearance, blocked stock management, obsolete stock recovery, and scrap disposal.

- Coordinate insurance claims for branch-related warehouse and transit issues.

- Prepare operational reports and analyse warehouse data as required.

- Work with SAP MM and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) for inventory and warehouse activities.

- Maintain service provider SLAs and ensure smooth inbound, inventory, and dispatch operations.
