The Warehouse Manager oversees the efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring inventory accuracy and adherence to safety standards. This role involves managing warehouse staff, optimizing workflows, and implementing process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
- Develop and enforce safety, security, and compliance protocols.
- Oversee inventory control, accuracy, and stock management.
- Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance goals.
- Plan and coordinate logistics for inbound and outbound shipments.
- Implement efficient warehouse layout and storage solutions.
- Monitor and maintain warehouse equipment and assets.
- Conduct performance evaluations and handle HR-related issues.
- Prepare and analyze reports on inventory, productivity, and operations.
- Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to streamline operations.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).




- Proven experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management software (e.g., WMS, ERP).
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of inventory control, logistics, and supply chain processes.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.

Skills:

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with robust attention to detail.
- Ability to handle physical demands, including lifting and operating equipment.
- Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with lean management or process improvement techniques is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
