About Nomaro

Nomaro is a current Indian lifestyle brand. We’re launching soon and building our first team. You’ll be the person who makes sure every order reaches the customer the way we promised.

What you’ll do

- Check daily online orders and pick the right product, colour and quantity

- Pack each order carefully to Nomaro’s packing standard

- Print shipping labels and hand over parcels to the courier on time

- Track shipments and follow up on delays or returns

- Keep stock counts accurate and report any damage or shortage

- Enter daily sales, purchase and expense entries in Zoho Books

- Answer customer calls about order status and courier issues, politely and calmly

- Send a short end-of-day update to the founders

What we’re looking for

- 1+ year of experience in warehouse, e-commerce fulfillment,



or back-office work

- Basic knowledge of Zoho Books, Tally, or similar accounting software (we’ll train you on the rest)

- Comfortable talking to customers on the phone, including upset ones

- Fluent in English; Hindi is a plus.

- Careful, organised, and honest with numbers and stock

- Basic computer skills (Excel/Google Sheets)
