Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive with at least 1 year of experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, stock handling, and dispatch activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records and ensuring smooth day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Verify incoming and outgoing garments against invoices and delivery challans.
- Perform physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
- Ensure proper labelling, barcode scanning, sorting, and storage of products.
- Coordinate with the sales, purchase, accounts, and logistics teams.
- Update stock details in Excel or ERP software.




- Ensure timely order processing and dispatch.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organisation, and safety.
- Report stock shortages, damaged goods, and inventory mismatches to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in warehouse or inventory operations.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and stock management.
- Experience in ERP or inventory management software is preferred.
- Positive communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work in a team and manage daily warehouse tasks.

Educational Qualification
- PUC / 12th Pass or Any Graduate.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with experience in garment, textile, apparel, or wholesale warehouse operations will be preferred.
