We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to manage daily warehouse operations for imported stationery products. The candidate should have experience in inventory management, stock handling, inward and outward entries, and basic accounting software such as Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching stationery products.

- Maintain accurate stock records and inventory reports.

- Handle inward and outward stock entries using Tally and MS Excel.

- Verify incoming goods against invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the purchase and sales teams.

- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of warehouse inventory.

- Conduct regular physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.





- Prepare daily stock reports and maintain warehouse documentation.

- Coordinate dispatches and ensure timely delivery of orders.

- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and discipline within the warehouse.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1 - 3 years of experience in warehouse management or inventory control.

- Working knowledge of Tally and MS Excel is mandatory.

- Experience handling imported products or stationery items will be preferred.

- Valuable knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.

- Basic understanding of invoices, purchase orders, and delivery challans.

- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to maintain accurate records and work independently.
