Job Summary A leading specialty chemicals manufacturing company is looking for an experienced Warehouse Executive / Officer to manage raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods inventory at its manufacturing facility in Nashik.

The candidate will be responsible for inventory accuracy, material receipt and issuance, warehouse documentation, coordination with production and procurement, and ensuring secure storage and handling practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor raw material (RM), packaging material (PM) and finished goods (FG) stock levels, including minimum stock, safety stock and replenishment requirements.
- Manage raw material receiving, inspection coordination, storage and issuance to production.
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Quality Control and Dispatch teams to ensure material availability.
- Manage finished goods storage, staging and dispatch activities.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse documentation using Tally.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices, stock reconciliation,



traceability, labelling and relabelling of raw materials.
- Improve warehouse processes, documentation, inventory controls and space utilisation.
- Monitor material handling equipment and ensure safe handling procedures.
- Ensure compliance with applicable EHS, fire safety and safe storage requirements for flammable chemicals and solvents.
- Support stock verification, internal audits and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications and Experience

- B.Com, M.Com, Diploma in Material Management, Diploma in Chemical Engineering or a related qualification.
- 2 - 5 years of practical experience in warehouse and inventory management.
- Experience in chemical or manufacturing industries is preferred.
- Experience handling raw materials, packaging materials and finished goods.

Required Skills

- Working knowledge of Tally and inventory management.
- Robust understanding of stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO and warehouse documentation.
- Knowledge of material handling, storage practices and dispatch coordination.
- Exposure to flammable or hazardous chemical storage and handling is an advantage.
- Good coordination, organisation and communication skills.
- Willingness to relocate to Nashik, if currently based elsewhere.
