Hostel Management & Supervision : Manage daily operations including room allotments, resident check-ins, and check-outs.Supervise support staff such as cleaners, security guards, mess/kitchen workers, and maintenance personnel.Conduct regular inspections of rooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Maintain inventory records for food supplies, furniture, linen, and first-aid kits, handles procurement when necessary.Resident Safety & DisciplineEnforce curfew hours and strict entry/exit logbook protocols for residents and visitors.Perform nightly roll calls to ensure all residents are accounted for.Handle behavioral issues and breach of hostel rules, reporting major disciplinary violations to higher management.Implement security measures and act as the first point of contact during emergencies (e.g., medical issues, fire drills,



power outages).Welfare & Pastoral CareProvide emotional support and guidance to residents facing personal difficulties or homesickness.Coordinate medical assistance in case a resident falls ill, including arranging transportation to hospitals and informing family members.Resolve internal conflicts or grievances between roommates fairly and diplomatically.Administrative TasksMaintain digital and physical registers including resident profiles, attendance, visitor logs, and complaint books.Track fee collections, outstanding dues, and daily operational expenses.Submit regular reports to the management or principal regarding hostel status, incidents, and maintenance needs.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
