AM Realty Solutions, a fast-growing real estate developer with over 25 million sq. ft. delivered, is expanding its sales team at our Gurgaon office.

Your role:

1-Develop new sales opportunities and bring in fresh leads

2-Understand client needs and follow up to close property deals

3-Explain project details, pricing, and payment plans to buyers

4-Take clients for site visits and property walkthroughs

5-Build and manage relationships with channel partners and brokers

6-Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

1-Graduate with 2+ years of sales experience (real estate preferred)

2-Robust communication and negotiation skills

Preferred: Channel Partner experience, real estate sales experience, flat sales experience in Noida

Interview and training: Interviews are held at our Noida office. You will train at our Noida office for the first 12 months, then move to the Gurgaon office.

Salary and timings: 25,000 80,000/month based on experience, plus target-based incentives. 10:00 AM 7:00 PM, with a fixed weekly off on Tuesday.
