Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our team as Trainee Desktop Support Engineers. The candidate will be responsible for providing basic IT support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and assisting users with day-to-day technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide basic desktop, laptop, and IT support to end users.
- Install and configure Windows operating systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, and network connectivity issues.
- Assist with the installation and configuration of desktops, laptops, and peripherals.




- Support users with basic MS Office, email, and login-related issues.
- Maintain IT asset records and update service requests or tickets.
- Escalate complex technical issues to senior team members.
- Follow IT support procedures and ensure timely resolution of user issues.

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of computers, hardware, and software.
- Familiarity with Windows OS and MS Office.
- Basic understanding of LAN, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a team.

Eligibility Criteria

- Graduate or Diploma holder in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related field.
