Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage the sourcing team to achieve monthly targets.
- Generate leads through channel partners, tele-calling, digital and other sources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Monitor leads, site visits, conversions and bookings.
- Drive team performance and ensure achievement of sourcing targets.
- Prepare and review daily/weekly performance MIS.
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in Channel Partner Management and Lead Generation
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable knowledge of Mumbai Real Estate market will be an added advantage.
