About the Role

Swadesh Mobile is looking for an experienced Senior VoIP Developer who can design, develop, and build scalable UCaaS (Unified Communications as a Service) and CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) platforms.

We are specifically looking for a hands-on developer with previous experience working in a telecom company, cloud communications provider, or VoIP technology company.

The ideal candidate should be capable of building telecom products and communication platforms from the ground up, not just configuring existing PBX systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop complete UCaaS and CCaaS platforms.
- Develop cloud PBX, SIP trunking, IVR, ACD, call queues, and intelligent call routing systems.
- Build inbound and outbound contact center solutions.
- Develop predictive, progressive, and preview dialers.
- Implement call recording, monitoring, conferencing, and real-time analytics.
- Develop WebRTC-based calling and softphone functionality.
- Integrate CRM platforms, APIs, and third-party communication services.
- Build scalable, multi-tenant cloud communication architectures.
- Optimize VoIP infrastructure for high availability, security, and performance.
- Troubleshoot complex SIP signaling, RTP,



and production-level voice issues.

Required Technical Skills
- FreeSWITCH: Advanced development, customization, dialplans, and media processing.
- Kamailio: SIP routing, proxy development, load balancing, and SIP infrastructure.
- SIP / RTP / WebRTC: Deep understanding of real-time voice communication.
- Linux: Strong server administration and deployment experience.
- Programming: Lua, Python, C/C++, or relevant backend development technologies.
- Telecom Infrastructure: SBC, SIP trunks, VoIP gateways, carrier connectivity.
- Database & APIs: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, REST APIs, and system integrations.
- CCaaS Technologies: ACD, IVR, predictive dialers, call monitoring, and contact center architecture.

Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on VoIP development experience.
- Strong practical experience with both FreeSWITCH and Kamailio.
- Previous experience developing UCaaS, CCaaS, cloud PBX, or telecom communication platforms.
- Experience working with telecom operators, cloud telephony providers, or VoIP software companies.
- Ability to independently design and develop production-ready telecom solutions.
- Robust understanding of scalability, multi-tenancy, and carrier-grade architecture.

Important We are looking for a core telecom platform developer, not a basic PBX administrator, support engineer, or someone who only installs and configures FreeSWITCH or Kamailio.

Candidates who have previously built UCaaS, CCaaS, hosted PBX, or cloud contact center products will be preferred.
