Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring timely delivery to customers and minimizing stockouts.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity in the automobile industry.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective promotional strategies for spare parts and vehicle accessories.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping of inventory levels, orders, and customer interactions.
- Manage the store : Bin locations , FIFO, receiving, dispatch and periodic stock audits.
- Ensure accurate GST billing, control discounts and follow up on receivables.
- Lead, train and review a team of sales , counter and store staff.
- Report monthly performance to the proprietor.
