Job highlights
- Graduate with 4-5 years MIS reporting experience in real estate and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables)
- Prepare and maintain sales MIS, track leads and bookings, coordinate data collection, and submit timely management reports
Role & responsibilities :-
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales MIS.
- Track leads, site visits, bookings, collections and cancellations.
- Maintain and update sales databases and trackers.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards.
- Coordinate with Sales and other departments for data collection.
- Ensure accuracy and timely submission of reports.
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in MIS reporting, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Solid proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
- Experience in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and management MIS.
