Role & Responsibilities

- Source and screen candidate profiles through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Identify suitable candidates based on job requirements and conduct initial profile evaluations.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Collect and verify candidate documents for onboarding and compliance purposes.
- Work closely with the onboarding team to ensure a smooth joining experience for selected candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing.
- Candidates from Recruitment Consultancies, Staffing Firms, BPOs,



or Shared Services organizations are preferred.
- Hands-on experience using Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing platforms.
- Robust communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates residing in or around Ambattur are preferred.
