Relationship Officer - 811 Digital Sales

Job Role

- Source Savings accounts on a daily basis via references and open market activities.

- Have good awareness of Corporates with entry point links in those corporates.

- Cross-sell bank products to existing set of customers.

- Handle investment and insurance requirements of clients.

- Inform customers of new products or product enhancements to further expand the banking relationship.

- Go beyond the professional need of the customer by providing other products/enhancements of customer value.

- Maintain complete relationship record for assigned customer accounts.

- Penetration of group/family account of the existing mapped base.

- Track customer complaints/queries and turnaround times for customer satisfaction.

Job Requirement

- Valuable communication and presentation skills.

- Willing to travel extensively within the city limits.

- Two-wheeler and an Android phone is a must.

- Liability Sales experience or KYC knowledge is an added advantage.

- Graduate with a minimum of 0.6 - 2 years of experience.

- Maximum age: 27 years.
