Role & Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure the quality of all civil construction activities as per approved drawings, specifications, and project quality standards.
- Conduct quality inspections for RCC work, concrete, reinforcement, shuttering, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, flooring, tiling, painting, and other finishing works.
- Ensure compliance with approved construction methods, quality control procedures, and project specifications.
- Inspect construction materials and verify test reports, material quality, and relevant certifications.
- Conduct field inspections and coordinate concrete, cube, and other required material tests.
- Identify construction defects, prepare inspection reports, and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Maintain quality documentation, inspection checklists,



test reports, and quality records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and project management teams to resolve quality-related issues.
- Monitor finishing work to ensure proper workmanship and quality standards before final handover.
- Conduct regular site quality audits and ensure compliance with project quality plans.

Preferred Candidate Profile
- Civil Engineering qualification is mandatory.
- 412 years of relevant experience in building construction projects.
- Building construction experience is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing activities.
- Positive understanding of construction drawings, specifications, quality control procedures, and applicable IS codes.
- Experience in site inspections, material testing, quality documentation, and defect rectification.
