Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through effective marketing campaigns.
- Conduct site visits to understand customer needs and provide solutions for their building construction requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering and procurement, to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Provide technical support to customers during the installation process and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including leads, orders, and inventory management.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in civil construction or related field (building construction).
- Robust understanding of site supervision principles and practices.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
