Job Requirement

- Atleast 6 months of sales experience in banking, NBFC, Insurance and financial institution.
- Prior experience in CASA and TPP product sales will be preferred
- Passionate towards interacting with customers and building relationship for new acquisitions
- Ideal candidate will be good with sales pitch and creating/understanding need of the customer for sales and cross sell
- Open to travel within the city and vicinity of the branch

Job responsibilities:

- Acquisition of Quality CASA (Current Account & Saving Account) Accounts- Qualified & Activated NTB CASA Accounts (In Nos.)
- Acquisition of Quality Higher CASA variants-Acquisition of Qualified and Activated Higher CASA variants
- Acquisition of CASA Values-CASA AMB acquired in accounts sourced during the month (In Rs)
- Revenue Acquisition- Cross sell of Life Insurance products, MF, Gold, Trade/FX, Assets products
- Maintaining valuable relationship with the customers
- Complete adherence to Yes Personality guidelines
- Compliant towards KYC and all operational risk
- Comply with Banks policies and processes
- Ensure timely escalation of issues impacting business and appropriate solutions to address the concerns
- Ensure safety and security of Bank and customer's assets
- Ensure timely submission of MIS reports
