Hiring Mutual Fund Sales Executive (Inbound & Outbound)

Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer interactions and outbound sales calls for the Mutual Fund process.

Identify customer requirements and promote suitable mutual fund products and services.

Drive sales through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.

Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain performance standards.

Explain product features and benefits accurately to customers.

Maintain customer relationships and ensure professional communication.

- Follow company policies, process guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Any Graduate.

Minimum 6 months of experience in hardcore BPO sales.

Experience in inbound sales, outbound sales, telesales or upselling preferred.

Candidates with only collections experience are not eligible.





Positive English communication skills (Versant Level 4).

Strong convincing, negotiation and sales conversion skills.

Target-oriented and comfortable handling sales calls.

BFSI or Mutual Fund sales experience will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

Option 1 With PF

17,400 monthly in-hand salary

22,000 monthly CTC

Option 2 Without PF

* 22,000 monthly in-hand salary, subject to applicable payroll eligibility and statutory requirements

Working Hours

Day Shift: Any 9-hour shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM

1 Rotational Weekly Off

* Work From Office
