Job Overview & Key Responsibilities:

*Role: Semi-Voice Process Executive

Core Function: Handle customer support via a blend of chat and verbal communication And ticketing.

*Language Proficiency: Strong communication in English & Hindi (Any additional regional language is a major plus!).

Preferred Candidate Profile

*Education: Undergraduate or Graduate candidates are welcome.

*Experience: Both Freshers and Experienced professionals can apply.
