- Any graduate ( with arrears or dropouts will be considered)
- Any diploma graduate
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts and take rotational week-offs

- Handle inbound customer calls with professionalism
- Address queries, complaints, and service requests
- Document customer interactions and details accurately
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Adhere to internal standards and guidelines for call handling

Compensation: Tamil - 15K TH

(Along with the salary candidates are eligible for incentives and Night shift allowance(If working in night shift)
