Vision Group of companies is operating across diverse business sectors. We are currently hiring for a Data Analyst (Australian Project) for one of our group companies

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional with strong problem-solving skills to analyse data, prepare reports, identify trends, and support data-driven business decisions.

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented, and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing data, preparing reports, identifying trends, and supporting business decision-making through accurate, timely, and insightful analysis.

This role requires advanced Microsoft Excel capability, robust numerical and analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly and professionally in English.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, analyse, and interpret datasets to support business objectives and operational decision-making.
- Experience working with unstructured raw data.
- Develop reports, dashboards, management information packs, and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
- Perform data validation, reconciliation, and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and integrity of information.
- Identify trends, patterns, risks, and opportunities through structured data analysis.
- Prepare regular and ad hoc reports and presentation for management and stakeholders.
- Maintain spread sheets, reporting templates, and analytical tools in an organized and accurate manner.
- Present findings, insights,



and recommendations clearly and professionally.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver practical analytical support.

Desirable Skills

- Experience in procurement analysis, spend analysis, supplier performance analysis, or category reporting.
- Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
- Knowledge of data visualization, dashboard development, and management reporting.
- Familiarity with business performance metrics, operational reporting, and trend analysis.

Essential Requirements

- Minimum 2 years of experience in Procurement or Supply chain is required.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and data quality.
- Ability to work independently, manages multiple priorities, and meets deadlines.
