Role & responsibilities

- Collaborate with the Business Manager/ Hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.

- Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

- Add-on: Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).

- Negotiate job offers and employment terms with candidates.

Preferred candidate profile

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- In-depth knowledge of the IT industry and technical roles.

- Should have worked in permanent and contractual positions
