Hiring: Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialist

We are looking for experienced Insurance Verification & Authorization Specialists to join our healthcare RCM team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Verify patients insurance eligibility and benefits with insurance providers.
- Handle prior authorization requests and follow up with insurance companies.
- Verify coverage details, co-payments, deductibles, co-insurance, and out-of-pocket expenses.
- Obtain and track authorization approvals for required medical services.
- Identify coverage limitations, authorization requirements,



and eligibility discrepancies.
- Coordinate with insurance providers, healthcare facilities, and internal teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update patient information in the system.
- Meet productivity and quality targets while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines.

Required Skills

- 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare RCM, specifically Insurance Verification and Authorization.
- Knowledge of insurance eligibility, benefits verification, and prior authorization processes.
- Good communication and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with healthcare portals and EMR systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a US shift and from the Bangalore office.
