Salary Package

Freshers

- Monthly Salary: 13,000 to 16,000
- Incentives from the first month
- Salary up to 25,000 after 3 months based on performance

Experienced Candidates

- Salary up to 25,000 per month
- Salary hike based on previous CTC and recruitment experience
- Additional incentives

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Non-IT recruitment activities
- Source candidates through job portals, databases, and social media platforms
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
- Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidate suitability




- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Achieve daily and weekly recruitment targets

- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in HR and recruitment
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and meet hiring targets
- Immediate joiners preferred
