- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding new hires.
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to boost morale and productivity.
- Handle grievances and redressal processes in a fair and timely manner.
- Design and execute HR policies, procedures, and programs to support business objectives.
- Collaborate with management team to develop talent acquisition plans and succession planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources or related field.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution (Any Specialization).
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
- Note- This is an onsite job prospect for US shift. (Work Timings- 7:00 P.M IST- 4:00 A.M IST)
