Job Responsibilities

- Source and recruit candidates through field visits and local market activities.
- Coordinate with candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process.
- Conduct field-level recruitment drives and generate quality candidate leads.
- Maintain candidate databases and ensure regular follow-ups until joining.
- Achieve recruitment targets within the stipulated timelines.

Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: 18,000 23,000
- Incentives: Up to 8,000
- Travel Allowance (TA): As per company policy
- PF & ESI: Applicable
- Performance Bonus: Extra benefits based on performance
- Puja Allowance: Applicable for the East Region only





Total Monthly Earning Potential: 26,000+ (including incentives, subject to eligibility and performance)

Mandatory Requirements

- Own two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
- Willingness to travel for field recruitment activities.
- Strong candidate sourcing, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented approach with the ability to work independently.
