About the role

Join our National Command Centre (NCC), which monitors and coordinates chauffeur-driven and corporate car bookings in real time. You will track live bookings, coordinate with drivers and customers, and resolve issues quickly so trips run on time.

What youll do

- Track live bookings and trips on our system
- Call drivers and customers to confirm pickups and updates
- Escalate and resolve delays,no-shows and breakdowns
- Update booking status and keep accurate records

Who can apply

- Fresh graduates in any stream
- Good spoken Hindi and English
- Basic computer and typing skills
- Willing to work rotational shifts, including nights
