Role & responsibilities

We are looking for candidates from 6 - 14 years of experience.

Candidates from retail and FMCG industry preferred.

- Experience working with commodity markets, price curves, hedging, supply/demand analytics, or trading.
- Understanding of global supply chains, production economics, and asset intensive operations.
- Experience connecting financial performance with operational and market drivers.

Advanced analytical & modelling capability
- Robust skills in scenario modelling, cost curves, sensitivity analysis, optimization models, and price-volume-mix.
- Experience with advanced analytics or forecasting tools used in commodity industries.

Systems & digital capability
- Advanced Excel financial modelling, large datasets, pivot analysis,



complex lookups
- SAP ECC or equivalent ERP report extraction, cost center mapping, GL cod.
- Coach analysts and stakeholders on interpreting commodity driven performance drivers. driven performance drivers.
- Mentor wider FP&A; and operational finance teams in understanding margin dynamics and drivers of volatility.
- Lead development and continuous improvement of the enterprise performance management (IBP) framework, ensuring alignment across Trading, Operations, Logistics, Manufacturing, and Commercial functions.
