Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage civil construction projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints.

- Oversee site supervision, including labor management, material procurement, and quality control.

- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment and smooth progress.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-5 years of experience in civil engineering or related field (building construction).

- Diploma or B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.

- Robust understanding of civil construction processes, including foundation work, concrete mixing & placement techniques.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel) for data analysis and reporting purposes.
