Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly experienced, hands-on Accounts & finance qualified with strong practical accounting expertise and a 360-degree understanding of Accounts & finance, capable of independently managing the entire Accounts and Finance function on behalf of management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle complete accounting, ledger scrutiny, reconciliations, and accounts finalization.
- Manage GST, TDS, taxation, statutory compliance, audits, and financial reporting.
- Oversee cash flow,



working capital, receivables, payables, banking, and profitability.
- Prepare MIS, budgets, and financial analysis for management decisions.
- Identify discrepancies, strengthen financial controls, and lead the accounts team.
- Ensure complete financial accuracy, transparency, and accountability to the Directors.

Requirements:

- 1015 years of practical Accounts and Finance experience exclusively in the Transport and Logistics industry.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end accounting, taxation, finalization, compliance, and financial control.
- Ability to independently manage the complete finance function with minimal supervision.
- CA preferred; CMA, MBA Finance, or equivalent relevant qualifications considered.

Note: Only candidates with Transport and Logistics industry experience will be considered.
