Business Development Trainee (Freshers)

Location: Chennai (Guindy / Anna Nagar)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic fresh graduates to join our team as Business Development Trainees. This role is ideal for candidates who are passionate about sales, customer interaction, and business growth. Successful candidates will undergo a 3-month internship program and may be offered a full-time position based on performance and successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential partners through field visits and direct interactions.
- Promote company financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Explain product features, benefits, and value propositions effectively.
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Generate leads and support business development activities.
- Collect market feedback and share insights with the team.
- Achieve assigned business targets and objectives.

Requirements





- Freshers only.
- Bachelor's degree/post graduation in any discipline.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in field sales.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Basic knowledge of sales and customer engagement is an added advantage.
