Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner.
- Respond to guest inquiries regarding reservations, bookings, services, and general information.
- Resolve customer complaints and concerns efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about company services, policies, and procedures.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and update CRM systems.
- Follow up with customers to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Meet individual and team performance targets, including quality and productivity metrics.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Coordinate with internal teams to provide seamless customer support.
- Adhere to company policies, processes, and service standards.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal communication skills in English,



Hindi and local language(s).
- Solid customer service and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in shifts.

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, BPO, hospitality, or voice process is preferred.
