We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team and handle IT and Non-IT recruitment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on experience in US IT Bench Sales / Recruitment.
- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, H1B, GC and USC hiring.
- Experience working with vendors, recruiters and client requirements.
- Good knowledge of LinkedIn, Dice, Indeed and other US IT job portals.
- Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
- Ability to market consultants and generate interview opportunities.
- Comfortable working with targets and a fast-paced recruiting environment.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/HR.
- Experience in handling both IT and Non-IT recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Valuable interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple requirements.
- Knowledge of recruitment portals such as Naukri will be an advantage.
- Candidates who are comfortable with 100% work from office-Night Shift are required.
