Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop curriculum for beauty courses offered by the salon.

- Evaluate trainee progress and provide feedback to improve their performance.

- Provide beauty training to salon staff on various services such as activation, beautician activities, hair care, hair styling, makeup, waxing, facials, and cosmetics.

- Collaborate with other trainers to ensure consistency in training methods and quality of service delivery.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective training delivery.

- Ability to develop engaging lesson plans and course materials.

- Robust knowledge of beauty treatments including activation, beautician activities, hair care, hair styling, make up, waxing, facial, and cosmetics.
