IKS Health is hiring Commerce Graduates for the position of Account Receivable (AR) Associate for its US Healthcare process. This is an excellent prospect for freshers looking to start their careers in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Resolve unpaid medical claims and investigate claim denials.
- Follow up with insurance payers to ensure timely payments.
- Manage outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely claim resolution.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to resolve payment-related issues.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Qualification: Commerce graduates only
- Excellent English communication skills
- Willingness to work in US night shifts
- Comfortable working in a blended process involving voice and backend operations
