Job Title: VTL Operators

Location: Sri City

Responsibilities

- Set up and operate VTL machines for machining components.
- Install workpieces, tools, and fixtures; adjust machine settings (speed, feed, depth of cut).
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and CNC programs.
- Make necessary edits to CNC programs for accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges).
- Ensure adherence to tolerances and specifications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance on machines.
- Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE and rigging equipment.
- Operate cranes, forklifts, and other material handling equipment for loading/unloading parts.




- Maintain accurate production records and machine logs.

Technical Requirements

- ITI/ Diploma in Mechanical or relevant field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in VTL machine operation.
- Must know SINUMERIK 828/ Fanuc Control from heavy equipment operating.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and CNC programs.
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and machining processes.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a manufacturing workplace.
