Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tamil Nadu, India. The Voluntee team member will help plan, organize, and support community-focused projects and events, working closely with local partners and beneficiaries. Daily tasks may include coordinating schedules, assisting with outreach and registrations, providing on-ground support during activities, and collecting feedback from participants.

The role involves maintaining clear documentation of project progress, reporting key updates to supervisors, and contributing ideas to improve programs and engagement. The individual will collaborate with colleagues,

- Candidates should possess basic administrative and documentation skills, including the ability to record information accurately and use standard office tools.

- Candidates should possess a collaborative mindset, respect for diverse backgrounds, and a demonstrated interest in community service or social impact work.
- Relevant experience in community work, social services, or event coordination is beneficial; familiarity with local languages and culture in Tamil Nadu is an advantage.
- A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is preferred; additional education in social work, community development, or related fields is a plus.
