Visiting Faculty – Entrepreneurship Development | SheEarns CSR Project

Disha Skill Training Services invites experienced trainers, entrepreneurs and subject experts for SheEarns, a free 120-hour CSR-supported Women Entrepreneurship Development Programme helping homemakers and aspiring women entrepreneurs start or grow small businesses.

Engagement Details

- Locations: Thane & Ulhasnagar
- Timing: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM (mutually agreed schedule)
- Faculty Requirement: 40 teaching hours over 8 weeks, shared among subject experts
- Engagement: Part time, session-based
- Honorarium: Starting at ₹1,000/hour; higher rates considered for relevant expertise.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver practical sessions as per the provided curriculum and orientation.
- Guide participants in business planning, marketing,



finance and entrepreneurship.
- Mentor learners through activities and action plans.
- Maintain session records and submit timely reports.

Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant qualifications or practical entrepreneurial experience.
- Preferably 3+ years of relevant experience.
- MCED/RSETI/EDP experience preferred.
- Strong facilitation skills, social sensitivity and Hindi/Marathi proficiency.
