We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Visa Sales & Operations Executive to handle visa sales, client coordination, documentation, and end-to-end visa processing for various international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate visa-related business leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Assist clients with visa requirements, documentation, application procedures, and timelines.
- Handle end-to-end visa application processing and appointment scheduling.
- Coordinate with embassies, consulates, VFS Global, and other visa application centres, as required.
- Follow up with clients for pending documents, payments, and application updates.
- Maintain accurate records of applications and ensure timely service delivery.




- Build solid client relationships and achieve sales targets.

Requirements
- Experience in visa sales, visa processing, or travel operations is preferred.
- Good communication, customer service, and sales skills.
- Knowledge of visa documentation and application procedures for international destinations.
- Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
