ABOUT THE ROLE

RMC Distance Education Centre is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Videographer cum Video Editor to join our marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for shooting and editing engaging promotional videos, educational content, and social media videos to support the institution’s marketing activities.

Freshers with practical skills and a strong interest in videography and video editing are encouraged to apply.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Shoot promotional videos for degree, postgraduate, diploma, and other educational courses.
- Create engaging videos for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
- Shoot student testimonials, course explanation videos, and admission promotional videos.
- Edit videos with suitable transitions, captions, music, effects, and branding elements.
- Ensure good video quality, lighting, framing, and audio clarity.
- Create short-form videos suitable for digital advertising campaigns.
- Coordinate with the Content Creator and Digital Marketing Executive to develop video concepts.
- Organize and maintain video files and project materials.
- Complete assigned video projects within deadlines.




- Travel to branches or other locations for video shoots when required.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Basic knowledge of videography and video editing.
- Familiarity with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar software.
- Understanding of camera handling, lighting, framing, and audio recording.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Interest in social media content and promotional video production.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn new tools and improve technical skills.

ELIGIBILITY

- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.
- Candidates with a degree, diploma, or certification in Videography, Video Editing, Multimedia, or a related field are preferred.
- Candidates with practical skills and sample videos are encouraged to apply, even without formal work experience.
- A portfolio or sample video is an added advantage.
