The Role

We are looking for a talented Videographer cum Video Editor with 2+ years of hands-on experience to join our team.

In this dual role, you’ll own the entire video creation process—from planning shoots and setting up gear to post-production, motion graphics, and final delivery. You will work closely with our strategy and design teams to create high-performing videos for social media (Reels, Shorts, Meta Ads), YouTube, brand campaigns, and client projects.

What You’ll Be DoingOn-Set & Shooting

- Plan & Direct: Collaborate on video concepts, storyboards, and shoot schedules for clients and agency branding.
- Camera & Gear Handling: Set up and operate cameras, lenses, gimbals, microphones, and studio lighting equipment.
- On-Location & Studio Capture: Capture high-quality video and crisp audio across various environments.

Editing & Post-Production

- Creative Editing: Transform raw footage into engaging, high-retention video content designed for short-attention spans (Instagram Reels, TikTok,



YouTube Shorts, and ad campaigns).
- Polishing & Finishing: Apply color grading, audio cleanup, music selection, and sound design to make every piece pop.
- Motion Graphics & Text: Add dynamic captions, titles, transitions, and basic visual effects using After Effects.
- Stay Trend-Aware: Keep up with fast-changing social media video formats, trending audio, hooks, and editing styles.

Who We’re Looking For

- 2+ Years of Experience: Proven background filming and editing videos, ideally within a digital agency, creative studio, or fast-moving marketing team.
- Software Mastery: Strong proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (or DaVinci Resolve / Final Cut Pro).
- Technical Camera Knowledge: Comfortable with lighting setups, framing, audio capture, and camera settings (frame rates, shutter speeds, color profiles).
- Social Media Mindset: You understand standard vertical formats (9:16), visual hooks, fast-paced pacing, and how to capture attention in the first 3 seconds.
- Collaborative & Self-Driven: You communicate well, take feedback constructively, and hit deadlines without needing micro-management.

Bonus Points If You Have:

- Basic photography and photo retouching skills.
- Experience operating drones/aerial cameras.
- A personal passion project, YouTube channel, or active creative portfolio.

- Pay: Based on experience / Negotiable

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
