Job Overview

PRP Group is looking for a seasoned and professionally skilled Videographer & Photographer for its project with the Punjab Pollution Control Board in Patiala, Punjab. The candidate should have strong expertise in professional photography, videography, video documentation, and on-site coverage, with the ability to capture high-quality visuals for project documentation, reporting, and official presentations.

Candidates with prior experience working on government projects, public sector assignments, or institutional documentation will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Capture high-quality photographs and videos of project activities, site operations, events, inspections, and other official activities as required.
- Handle end-to-end photography and videography, ensuring professional image and video quality.
- Document project progress through regular site visits and visual reporting.
- Edit photographs and videos, including colour correction, audio enhancement, and basic post-production.
- Organize, maintain, and submit photographs and video footage in a systematic manner for official records and reporting.
- Coordinate with the project team and relevant officials to understand documentation requirements and deliverables.
- Ensure timely submission of visual content as per project schedules and reporting deadlines.




- Maintain professional conduct and follow site safety guidelines and confidentiality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in professional photography and videography.
- Must possess and be proficient in operating a good-quality DSLR camera with suitable lenses and essential accessories.
- Strong skills in photography, video shooting, framing, lighting, composition, and camera handling.
- Working knowledge of video editing and photo-editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, or equivalent tools.
- Ability to work independently on-site and manage equipment and deliverables efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work at the project site in Patiala, Punjab.

Preferred Experience
- Prior experience with government projects, PSU assignments, or public sector organizations.
- Experience in infrastructure, environmental, industrial, construction, or field-based project documentation.
- Familiarity with official documentation, progress reports, site inspections, and institutional events.

Equipment Requirements
- Candidate must own and bring a positive-quality DSLR camera.
- Suitable lenses, batteries, memory cards, and other essential camera accessories.
- Additional equipment such as a tripod, microphone, stabilizer, or lighting kit will be an advantage.
