Role Description This is a full time Video Editor role based in Thane, offered in a hybrid work model with some flexibility for working from home.

The Video

Editor will be responsible for assembling raw footage, creating compelling edits, and producing cinematic videos for TVCs, product films, social impact campaigns, and digital content. Day-to-day tasks include selecting and organizing clips, adding transitions and effects, synchronizing audio, refining pacing and storytelling, and collaborating with directors, producers, and designers to align with creative briefs and brand guidelines. The role also involves color grading, basic motion graphics or graphic integration,



exporting deliverables in required formats, and maintaining organized project files and archives.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience working on commercials, product films, or campaign-based content.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and visual refinement to achieve cinematic and consistent looks across projects.
- Skills in Motion Graphics and Graphics sufficient to create or integrate simple animations, titles, lower thirds, and overlays.
- Hands-on experience with professional editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and basic audio editing tools.
- Solid understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition, with an eye for detail and continuity.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with creative teams, manage feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant video work; experience in brand, campaign, or social impact content is an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in film, media, communication, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent practical experience is also valued.
