Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Editor with AI Generation Skills based in Malad. The individual will edit video content across formats, including brand films, social media clips, music videos, and narrative projects, ensuring smooth pacing, coherent storytelling, and high visual impact. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, integrating AI-generated visuals and avatars, performing color grading and sound sync, and collaborating with directors, producers, and motion designers to refine concepts.





The role involves creating motion graphics where needed, adapting edits for different platforms, and maintaining organized project files and timelines.

The Video

Editor will help experiment with current AI tools and workflows, optimizing the production pipeline for speed and quality while maintaining the studio’s cinematic standards.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production for a range of formats (ads, social content, music videos, narrative projects).
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading and Graphics to achieve consistent, cinematic visual quality.
- Ability to create and integrate Motion Graphics and Graphics elements for titles, overlays, and visual storytelling.
- Hands-on experience with AI video generation tools and workflows (e.g., AI avatars, AI-assisted compositing or CGI) is highly desirable.
- Advanced proficiency in industry-standard editing and post-production software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or equivalent).
- Strong sense of pacing, rhythm, and narrative structure, with attention to detail and visual consistency.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional creative teams, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant education in film, media, animation, design, or a related field, or equivalent skilled experience.
