About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Video Editor & Motion Graphics Designer who can own the complete post-production workflow and bring ideas to life through engaging videos and animations.

You should understand brand tone, audience behaviour, and platform-specific content. You’ll work closely with our marketing and content teams to turn supplied footage and creative assets into high-quality digital content.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and internal communications.
- Manage post-production from supplied raw footage to final export.
- Create short-form and long-form content, including reels, promos, explainers, and brand videos.
- Develop motion graphics and animations, including animated titles, typography, transitions, and visual effects.
- Incorporate music, voiceovers, captions, and sound design; handle audio editing and colour correction.




- Translate creative briefs into engaging visual stories with the marketing and content teams.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all deliverables.
- Organise project files, manage assets, and meet timelines across multiple projects.
- Suggest creative improvements and stay updated on editing styles and platform trends.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–5 years of professional experience in video editing and motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Robust understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, audio editing, and colour correction.
- Familiarity with content formats for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines.
- Strong visual judgement, attention to detail, and clear communication.
- Experience with marketing, brand, or agency content would be an advantage.
