Position Overview

We are looking for a creative and versatile Video Editor with 1–4 years of experience to help bring the Uniq You brand to life. Video editing is the heart of this role — reels, short-form videos, ads, and campaign content — supported by hands-on photography, photo editing, and social media creative work. You will be comfortable taking a project from idea to shoot to edit to final delivery, and you will use AI tools alongside traditional craft to explore new looks, concepts, and creative variations at the speed of fashion.

What You'll Do

- Own video editing as your primary focus, including reels, short-form videos, ads, campaign films, and social media content.
- Plan and execute photo and video shoots for fashion, products, campaigns, and social media.
- Conceptualize creative visual content and translate briefs and ideas into engaging, on-brand concepts and final assets.




- Create social media creatives such as campaign visuals, thumbnails, posters, banners, and stories.
- Use AI tools to generate images, concepts, backgrounds, videos, and creative variations.
- Write and refine AI prompts to achieve specific visual styles, compositions, fashion looks, and campaign concepts.
- Retouch, color-correct, and enhance photos and footage to a consistent brand standard.
- Take ownership of projects end to end, from concept and creative direction through shoot, edit, and final delivery.
- Continuously experiment with new formats, trends, and ideas to evolve the brand's visual identity.

What You'll Bring

Must-Have

- 1–4 years of relevant experience in video editing, photography, content creation, or a similar role.
- Strong video editing skills, especially for short-form and social-first content.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.
- Good photography skills, with a solid understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera settings.
- Experience with photo retouching, color correction, and image enhancement.
- Comfort owning work end to end in a fast-paced, highly hands-on environment.

Good-to-Have

- Prior experience working in a startup or quick-paced content team.
- Hands-on experience with AI image and video generation tools and prompt writing.
- Experience shooting fashion, apparel, or product content.
- Design skills for static social media creatives such as posters, banners, and stories.
