- Job Title: Video Editor – Songs & Music Content

We are looking for a creative and experienced Video Editor with 3+ years of professional experience, with strong expertise in song editing, music videos, lyrical videos, devotional songs, folk songs, cinematic edits, and promotional video content. The ideal candidate should have excellent music sense, strong visual storytelling skills, and the ability to edit videos according to the beat, rhythm, mood, and emotion of a song.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit professional-quality songs, music videos, lyrical videos, devotional songs, folk songs, cover songs, and promotional videos.
- Perform beat-sync editing and match cuts, transitions, visuals, and effects accurately with the music.
- Create engaging intro sequences, song openings, montages, interludes, and ending sequences.
- Work with multi-camera footage and synchronize video with master audio tracks.
- Perform professional color correction and cinematic color grading.
- Apply smooth transitions, speed ramps, slow motion, masking, keyframing, motion effects, and other creative editing techniques.
- Work with green-screen/chroma-key footage and integrate suitable backgrounds naturally.
- Add lyrics, titles, credits, lower thirds, and motion graphics when required.
- Select the best shots based on expressions, performance, dance movements, music beats, and storytelling.
- Maintain proper pacing throughout songs without unnecessary or repetitive shots.
- Edit content suitable for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Shorts, Reels, and other digital platforms.
- Create multiple versions and formats such as 16:9, 9:16, 1:1 and 4K outputs.

Required Skills




- Minimum 3+ years of professional video editing experience.
- Must be highly experienced in songs and music-video editing.
- Strong understanding of music beats, rhythm, tempo, mood, and visual synchronization.
- Excellent command of Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Good working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
- Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of color correction, transitions, effects, masking, keyframes, chroma keying, and audio synchronization.
- Ability to create cinematic and emotionally engaging edits.
- Good understanding of YouTube and social-media video formats.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
