Partners Advertising Private Limited is inviting applications from interested and qualified candidates for the position of Video Editor. The ideal candidate will have a creative mindset, strong storytelling abilities, and experience in editing engaging video content for digital platforms, social media, advertising campaigns, and brand communication. The candidate should be skilled at transforming raw footage into compelling visual stories that align with client objectives and audience preferences. Knowledge of Punjabi language will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media platforms, websites, digital advertisements, promotional campaigns, and other marketing activities.
- Create engaging short-form videos, reels, YouTube videos, interviews, promotional videos, and brand stories.
- Work with content writers, graphic designers, digital marketing teams, and client-servicing teams to understand creative briefs and project requirements.
- Organize and manage raw footage, audio files, graphics, and other digital assets for efficient editing workflows.
- Add transitions, visual effects, motion graphics, subtitles, captions, background music, and sound effects to enhance video quality.
- Ensure proper pacing, storytelling, colour correction, audio balancing, and overall visual consistency in all video projects.
- Adapt video content into different formats, aspect ratios, and resolutions according to platform-specific requirements.
- Create videos optimized for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other relevant digital channels.
- Incorporate client feedback and internal revisions while maintaining creative quality and project timelines.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative video concepts and improve audience engagement.
- Ensure that all video content follows brand guidelines and meets quality standards before final delivery.




- Stay updated with the latest video editing trends, social media formats, editing techniques, and creative tools.
- Manage multiple video editing projects simultaneously and deliver assignments within established deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Film Making, Video Editing, Multimedia, Animation, Mass Communication, or a related field. Relevant practical experience may also be considered.
- Proven experience as a Video Editor or in a similar creative role.
- Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.
- Robust understanding of video composition, storytelling, transitions, pacing, colour correction, and audio editing.
- Ability to create engaging short-form videos and social media reels that capture audience attention.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, animation, visual effects, and subtitle integration will be an added advantage.
- Understanding of social media video specifications, aspect ratios, resolution, and export settings.
- Strong creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual storytelling skills.
- Ability to understand creative briefs and translate ideas into high-quality video content.
- Good communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with content, design, and marketing teams.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, incorporate feedback, and meet deadlines.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating previous video editing work is required.
- Knowledge of Punjabi language will be a plus point, particularly for editing Punjabi-language videos, understanding spoken Punjabi, checking subtitles, and working on regional content campaigns.
- Knowledge of Hindi and English will be an added advantage.
